From "Day 1", I have set out to differentiate myself by taking a referral based business approach. This means that the focus is always on building long term relationships, NOT just on the sale today or acquiring new customers through mass (expensive) advertising. REALTORSŪ who run a referral based business generate new business by earning referrals from current and past clients. AND, it is what I do after the transaction that separates me from others. I am a big believer in this approach.
